Just recently the sleeping heart rate chart is blank

I’ve had my versa 2 for over a month now and I have the premium subscription. I really like the sleep insights and it’s worked perfectly up till the last week. It’s still working mostly except one screen is missing the graph. Sleeping heart rate chart. The oxygen variation chart is fine however.  This was working just fine as I said and no changes were made. Same phone and tracker. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting the tracker several times in a row and resynced as some suggested. This chart is still blank. I like having this data ....and really would like to get this fixed. And yes the switch to monitor heart rate is on....this appears to be a bug in the software since no changes were made to any settings and it just stopped working after working for weeks ....

Well be sure the watch is snug on your wrist. Seems it won’t work if it’s even one notch too loose. I had that issue initially. You can also go into the menu and change the sleep sensitivity to “sensitive” from normal. That setting is kind of hidden in the advanced settings in the app. Select your profile pic in the upper left corner of the app and then scroll all the way to the bottom to select advanced settings. You will see the sleep sensitivity there.

Hmm. Are you using a versa 2? Maybe the options vary by model....your menu looks different than mine

Yep it's a versa 2! Does the location makes any difference?

Still not working here.  Same tightness as always.  HR shows on the watch from time to time but there is no reported HR trace for sleep.

Perhaps the difference is Android vs iOS? I am using an iPhone XS.

Right that’s the original posted problem and while some have said it’s now fixed for them- I think most of us are not seeing the graph data for sleeping heart rate still. I believe it won’t be fixed until there is an app update because it broke with the last App update...that’s my theory anyway!
