I have my versa since september 2019.
since 2 weeks it keeps falling out and turning in from itself, 10-20 times a day.
afterwards i cant swipe te screen .
it doesnt react in any way.
i have to charge te battery within 2 days because it restarts 20 times a day....
i reset it doe 3 times, but the same problem stays.
can anyone help me???

Thank you confirming that you already tried the restart and for all the details that you've provided regarding your Versa that continues to turn off constantly and doesn't allow you to swipe screen.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. I hope everything goes well.
