I've been trying to pre-oder a Fitbit Versa, but my order keeps getting cancelled. There is no reason given, and the bank cards that I am using are not blocked.
I have tried 4 times now with different cards, and each time I get the confirmed order email, but when I click on the link to find out the status of my order, it tells me that my order has been cancelled.
What is happening?

Have you tried placing your order in a different internet browser or a different computer??
I must admit I had a similar issue when I tried to pre-order my Charge 2 (few months ago now!!) It wouldn't let me pre-order, and turned out to be an issue with the system. It is worthwhile e-mailing FitBit support about it, as I did and they got back to me quickly, and resolved the issue - as they weren't actually aware of it.

I mainly use Google Chrome for web browsing. Thanks for mentioning the email support - I shall contact them.

Worked a treat for me, and they should be able to sort you out.
Then you can join the pre-ordered Versa gang!!
