I downloaded the app on my iPhone 6S, it will give me the :white_heavy_check_mark: then keep searching then say connecting but always says download app. The app is downloaded. And I know the internet is working cause the phone is connected to it so I’m soo lost. My poor granddaughter is upset cause it’s hers and I can’t send it back. Bought it on sale for Black Friday and gave it to her for bday at end of January when got her ffirst phone. Please help
Mine is doing the same... keep updating on my iPhone, it downloads, starts to install and downloads again. Have been in this loop for days. My husbands updated just fine. So with the amount of posts here regarding failed updates, they STINK
