Why can kids not log in with their legit age?
My kids have saved their money to buy the Versa (didn't want the kids version of iFtbit) yet it won't allow them to put their real age in to create their profile. I am guessing the tracking features are off (heart rate etc) when they are making themselves several years older.
Thoughts or know how to correct this?
Thanks

Hello @CStruth and a warm welcome. If you are in the US, a child must be age 13 and older to have his/her account. The reason is that Fitbit data must be compliant with COPPA, the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act. The Ace/Ace 2 are the only devices that are COPPA compliant. Users in any other country must check on their own specific ages for laws regarding digital privacy protection. It is my understanding that these laws can have a minimum age of 16 (in some countries) for privacy protection.
