Is it possible to change steps to miles you have done instead of kilometres please x

One way of doing this is via the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

 

In the Units section, change the Length unit from "centimetres" to "feet/inches". Once you have made the change and saved it, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated.
