Calling support is worthless-too hard to understand and really don't want to help. My life is not supposed to be about supporting this device. It is supposed to support me.
So you have no choice but to do the upgrade. Set aside a lot of time- Don't call support worthless.

This is a user community to help other users. Your post does not provide any information on what the problem is other than you are unhappy with whatever response you received from support.

In the end of 15-16 hours of messing with it - the watch could not accept the upgrade. I am going to replace. We tried- bluetooth, wifi, replace device, new device - no change in the symptoms

Symptoms- It would get stock in step two just downloading and could never get past it.
