Left (back) button on brand new Versa not working

Only 3 weeks ago the screen on the Versa I had for a year +3 months stopped working. They sent me a out a new one as I was within warranty but the left/back button has not worked correctly. It kept prompting me to set it as a shortcut (which I did have successfully on my old one) however it would never work when I followed the steps. If I press this button to try wake the device it won't work. I have reset and factory reset the device but nothing changes. I also have serious issues with the distance calculator for walk/run. Yesterday I tracked on both my phone and my Versa and my phone correctly calculated 6.5km whilst the Versa was 3.5km and paces naturally varied. Any tips on any of the above?

Hi @mhalpenny If the back button is not working correctly and resyarts and a factory reset dont fix it, you will need to go back to Support.
