Left earbud wont stay connected

So I have the fitbit versa, and I alsp have JBL wireless earbuds. 

When I try to listen to music both earbuds pair up with my versa e as silky but when I start the music the left earbud start cutting out every 2 seconds and then completely stops working. The right one works perfectly fine but I cant get the left one to continue playing music. Really upset as I just got these yesterday for my birthday. Can anyone suggest a way to fix it please?

I regret to hear that the left earbud doesn't work properly. If you haven't done it already, please your JBL wireless earbuds from your Fitbit Versa and connect them once again. You can find the instructions on this article. If this doesn't work, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.
