I have left my versa 3 in charge and now I’m away for the weekend

i have read that they have special built in function which stops it from overcharging

is that true? 
As I am so worried

I'm not qualified to guarantee, but any modern electronics device should be okay for that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
