Lifespan of Versa Lite

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

About 6 months ago my Versa Lite died and wouldn't charge or turn on. I tried all of customer supports suggestions and nothing worked. They said that it wasn't uncommon for Versa Lites to die after a year (which is how long I had it) and offered me a discount code for a new product.

I thought I would try to charge it today just on a whim and it came back to life! Has anyone else had this happen?

I will try to update if it dies again.

It's been almost a month and my Versa Lite is still going. For the first 10 or so days it the charge would only last or 24 hours. Customer support told me to turn off all notifications, turn off the "move to wake screen" and pretty much anything else that would use battery. To me that doesn't make sense because part of the reason I have a smart watch and not just a regular watch is so that I can get notifications and stuff. Anyway, I did all that and the charge still wasn't lasting more than a day. I left it on the charger for 3 days and turned notifications and all that back on. It now has a normal battery life but no longer tracks my exercise or sleep. Another reason I have a smart watch and not just a regular one.

I keep contacting Customer Support and they just give me a laundry list of things to try. I just want a discount code so I can buy a new one and be done with this!
