Hello my friends, my Fitbit Versa has a light bleed and ghost touch, then I got a black screen. I know the watch is working because it still vibrates, but it doesn't show anything on screen. I tried to restart, but nothing happened. I don't know what to do. It's out of warranty and I live in Brazil. Can someone help me with that? I found this picture of a Versa with light bleed here on the forum, that's what happened with mine. Thank you!

Let me help you with you unresponsive Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Only our Support team can provide replacement or other options and since the troubleshoots didn't work then the best course of action is to reach out to them.
