I recently got started on Limeade through work. I was able to get my Fitbit linked to Limeade to track progress automatically but, it won't connect on my Fitbit watch. I installed the app onto my watch but when I go to it from my watch it says I need to connect within the app settings. So, I go to app settings & click connect & it says contact support & gives this big, long list of letters & numbers. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Momomckh. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
Please note with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. So, in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
For more information, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.
