Got my husband  bday gift in April. It died yesterday he charged it thinking it was the battery but it will not come back on despite the turn on instructions followed on here. Help

I tried to reset mine too. Nothing. Thought maybe the battery died and I didnt notice the low battery alarm but it's on the charge and still hasn't turned on
