My versa has been working perfectly until just a minute ago. Looked down and it has lines all across the screen. What is happening?

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Normally this procedure solves a lot of Versa problems. If this does not solve your screen issue, contact Customer Support and mention that you already did the "restart procedure".

Thanks for the Info. When I went back to check my versa to restart...it was already dead. It would not power on at all. Called customer support and I was eligible for a new one! Yay!
