Woke up this morning to a white Vertical line on the left side of my screen! I have done nothing out of the ordinary . I just woke up and my Fitbit versa 2 was like this! Please advise! I see some others are having the exact same problem. I haven't even had mine a whole year yet so it seems it's an update issue!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this issue can be for you. To fix the display of your Versa 2 I'd recommend our restart process and then please change the clock face of your device following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I am one of those people with the exact same problem. Did all the troubleshooting steps recommended by Fitbit only to have made the problem worse.

I’m having the same issue and keep getting the run around. I have tried restarting and the clock face isn’t a new one. I’m close to the 1 year warranty being over and am afraid that is why there is no solution. Any advice on how to start a warranty exchange?
