Why dose my new Versa link with Strava and show details on iPhone but will not link with watch . Getting frustrated

I'm confused, Strava links to your Fitbit account, not your Versa. 

Does the Versa show as being connected to the Fitbit account.

Versa is connected to fit bit but when I cycle to work it connects and Strava send report at end of ride but Strava on the Versa says no recent activity
