I can't load more than 4 songs onto my Fitbit.  Any ideas what is going on?

Hi @JKFreund, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Regarding the songs amount that your Fitbit Versa is not allowing you to upload, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.

 

Int he meantime, please make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help article in order to download music to your Fitbit device.
