My daughter locked my Versa 2 by trying to enter the password on the watch face too many time. I tried to reset the password through the app, it kept trying to "confirm pin" but just kept loading forever. After trying to reset watch by holding the side button down, it would have the Fitbit logo come up, my screensaver on the back but as soon as I'd touch screen, it would tell me to Unlock with Phone. The problem is I got frustrated and unpaired my watch from the app on my phone. Now I cannot sync it back, I can't open the screen on my watch to factory reset, it just keeps vibrating on my wrist to unlock. I'm so frustrated and feeling like I've ruined my watch as it doesn't recognize my phone, won't sync with bluetooth and its locked!

Hi @carleegreen28 it takes less than 30 seconds to unlock with phone by following the steps in the help doc.
After you get the tracker setup, please set the pin for Fitbit pay only, if you do not use fitbit pay, there is no reason to use the pin.
However once removed we need to do a factory reset. Please follow the below steps. Warning, the timing of the steps are critical, it may take several tries.
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears:
Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

I was able to reset by the watch, however, now I'm just getting a message on my watch face "data not cleared, sync & try again"

I'm fortunate enough that Fitbit is replacing my tracker for me under warranty. It was established that it was defective. I was unable to clear the message on the watch and it kept rebooting itself until dead.
In the future, I will not be locking it since I don't use it for the wallet.
