Hi
after receiving a new phone I had to set up my Versa again on the app as it wasn’t syncing after putting in the code I receive a message stating my Fitbit is locked due to being reported stolen. I now can no longer use the Fitbit. The fitbit was brought as a Christmas present and I had no issues on my old phone. Can anyone advise on next steps as I can no longer use my Versa
