Locked out of Versa

I was locked out of my Versa whilst trying to change bands.  I attempted multiple times to unlock using my phone but this did not work.  I removed the app from my phone (now realise this was a huge error) and cannot use phone to unlock.  I have tried the 3 button reset numerous times but this does not work either.  The Versa is now completely useless as the time is incorrect.  I know other people have had similar problems but has anyone actually found a solution.  I have tried 2 people at Fitbit and they do not have any other suggestions.  I am ready to return the product.

Hi, have you read this article regarding locking and unlocking your device? If yes, and nothing else works to unlock your Versa, contact Customer Support. Good luck!!
