I was locked out of my Versa whilst trying to change bands. I attempted multiple times to unlock using my phone but this did not work. I removed the app from my phone (now realise this was a huge error) and cannot use phone to unlock. I have tried the 3 button reset numerous times but this does not work either. The Versa is now completely useless as the time is incorrect. I know other people have had similar problems but has anyone actually found a solution. I have tried 2 people at Fitbit and they do not have any other suggestions. I am ready to return the product.
