Locked out of my Versa!

Hi, I have a Versa and my daughter managed to lock me out! My bluetooth wouldn't connect so I couldn't unlock it. After resetting everything and deleting my Versa from my account (big mistake!) my phone is now finding my Versa, however I cant get my fitbit to show me the code to set it up again. All I get is the 'unlock with your phone' message. Please help!!!

I do wish Fitbit responds to this question as this is me currently  and I'm desperate for help!!!

Just to update,

 

Ended up trouble shooting with fitbit and still couldn't get the Versa to unlock. They have kindly sent a brand new one out to me!
