I set up a passcode on my actual versa. Due to maybe it being tapped too many times it shows up on my versa to ‘unlock on your phone’ so I can’t access my watch other than the time. This is just my 1st issue which probably wouldn’t be an issue if the app on my phone didn’t log me out & now is saying my log in details are incorrect. So my 2nd issue is as it won’t allow me to log back into app (I use android app) I can’t unlock my watch with my phone. I have logged in via website but can’t seem to find anything where I can unlock or reset my watch. Any thoughts?

Hi @TanMast , did you setup a passcode in order to use Vpay? If yes, go to Apps and remove Vpay and restart your Versa and the problem should be solved. Had that problem also and it worked fine. Regards kuzibri.

No I don’t have that. I put pin code on in case I lost it or someone stole. If the app worked on my phone I wouldn’t have this issue, for years I’ve had this issue with the app kicking me out but I usually uninstall & reinstall & that works but not this time round. Hi, press in the dashboard of your Fitbit app your account icon, scroll down to "privacy and security" and press "Security login" . Maybe you can unlock your Versa that way. Good luck and regards kuzibri

I just want to say thanks to the community for responses, it’s a shame there are so many issues with the fitbit. I also want to update for anyone who has this issue in the future.
I had also emailed support I have to say they did back to me promptly, however they told me to reset my watch, this does not work (well didn’t for mine). They told me to reset my password, I tried this multiple times but the app just didn’t want to work at all, I’m not sure what Apple app is like but for the last 4+ years that I’ve had a Fitbit the app has always had issues, so unfortunately you have to deal with it til it works again ( uninstalling & reinstalling usually helps). I eventually was able to get the app to work & went in & changed the settings, no more pin code for me it’s more hassle than it’s worth unless you have it set for pay only. Seriously I would recommend not getting 1 at all, I’m done once this watch dies, 3 watches in 4+ years is ridiculous & won’t be wasting anymore money on them.
