I’ve locked myself out of my versa while trying to change bands, it’s no longer linked to my phone and I can’t get back into it

@Chelseamead If you were just changing bands, I am not sure how you unlinked the tracker. You should still be able to sync it with your phone and unlock it using your phone. Please refer to this help article, especially the last section.
