It's great to welcome you @heidi0034 and @ACG thanks for stopping by.

I will be great to help you with the issues you are experiencing with your Versa:

  • Food log: As our friend mentioned, we are aware of an issue which is causing irregularities with food logging on iOS 2.53. While we investigate, we recommend logging food via the fitbit.com dashboard. Visit this discussion for updates.
  • Time: Keep in mind that in order to have your timezone updated, your Versa needs to be constantly syncing. If the issue is directly with syncing, follow the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
  • Steps: If you haven't tried to restart your Fitbit, I recommend restarting it and test it.

Let me know how it goes. Robot Happy
