I logged a moderate-intense spin workout this evening and when I went to review it on my app afterwards, I noticed that I didn't reach any of the heart rate zones despite my heart rate chart showing I did. I thought this might be the app being glitchy, so I checked the Fitbit website also but it has the same result. One unique thing to note is that about 5 mins after my workout I updated the firmware of my watch after I was prompted to do so by the app. Once it was done around 10 mins later, I checked my logged workout which is when I noticed this issue. Even if this issue is due to the firmware update, it's weird to me that it wouldn't then correct itself after refreshing the app, or be correct on the Fitbit website. Is this a common issue? Can it be fixed or prevented? It's very frustrating. This has happened a couple times before but this is by far the worst occurrence.
