My fitbit logs sleep when it isn't being worn. I wake up and take off my fitbit while I shower. But it has logged sleep while it is sitting on the counter. It even has logged me in REM and light sleep. Why does it log sleep when it isn't being worn? How accurate can any of the sleep logs be if this can occur?

@angsher It is probably related with recording HR. Check your heart rate recording. If it's there, then that is the reason. It can happen with certain type of surfaces that they can fool the sensor. To avoid that I place my tracker on the side or belly up. The lights go off almost immediately. Let me know how it goes.
