Cannot connect my spotify account to my Fitbit. Any suggestions on how to sort it?

Hi @Chloe-21, welcome to the Community Forums! 

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're unable to connect your Spotify account with your Fitbit Versa Lite. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why can't I control music from the Spotify app on my Fitbit device?  Please try the steps that are specified there and let me know if you continue experiencing difficulties.
