I’ve had Fitbit products for 8 years now but I’ve never been more frustrated than I am with my Versa watch!!! Its only 8 months old but for the last 2 months it hasn’t been syncing properly and constantly loses time. I’ve read lots of posts in the community pages, tried many times to reinstall/ updates but to no avail. Unfortunately due to the current situation I am unable to return my watch to the store for a refund ( I have lodged an online ticket with them though)
Unless Fitbit come up with a fix to this problem then they have lost a loyal customer!!

I’ve just ordered a Garmin vivoactive watch from Amazon- bye bye Fitbit!!
