I seem to have exhausted the possibility of getting any help or a warranty replacement for my Versa 2 so now I'm wondering after having it less than a year do I try another Fitbit or go to something else altogether? Does anyone have a Fitbit that's reliable and all the features work great? If so, which one is it? Or should I drop Fitbit and go elsewhere? I'm open to all suggestions.

I have a similar situation save for my Versa was out of warranty by a few months and stopped working because of the firmware update. They offered me a 35% discount on a new item. After MUCH research I landed on the Luxe special edition. But they won’t let me use my discount on it with no explanation. The terms and conditions identify certain products but not the Luxe or the Luxe special edition. So I am investing in a product with greater customer service and customer satisfaction…Apple Watch. It’s the only smart watch/tracker that my research measured as similar (but better) than Fitbit products. Anyone I know that has one is super happy and no challenges after updates.

Thanks for your feedback! This is exactly the kind of thing I was wondering, if my instance was just a one off or if this was not an uncommon story.
The Apple watch does seem to be the cream of the crop, I know it's pricey but I guess as they say, you get what you pay for. One question about it, I'm thinking it only works with the iPhone, would that be correct?
