Losing connection when i try to play my music

I keep connecting my fitbit versa to my blast Bluetooth speaker. It says paired and then when I go to play my music it brings the playlists up. I hit play and it says not connected to earphones or speaker.

I regret to hear that you are having difficulties connecting your Fitbit Versa to your Blast Bluetooth speaker. I would recommend performing a restart to your watch by following these steps.

 

Following this, please make sure you have followed our instructions to connect your Blast Bluetooth speaker to your watch. If you continue having difficulties and you have other Bluetooth devices paired, please remove them to see if anything changes.

 

If this doesn't work, please provide me with the model and type of your Bluetooth speaker.
