Hello to everyone,im new to this forum and also to fitbit watch,i had amazfit stratos but i took fitbit versa 2 because of recommendation and good hearth rate monitor so i can follow it during workouts.
I dont have any problems with watch except during workouts, sometimes my heart rate disappear and i need to wait like 20-30s to show up again.I dont know is it normal to lose it sometimes?is it because of sweat or because it moves a little bit during workouts? i mostly do gym workouts and weightlifting

@Strahinja It's not unusual for a post to go for a day or two without a comment. I read your other post and I have the same observation. I use Workout as the catch all for every exercise that doesn't have its own shortcut. Like you, I noticed that the heart rate would be the grey nothing as soon as I started and maybe start registering within a few seconds. Fitbit announced that a firmware upgrade is supposed to improve the heart rate algorithm.
That upgrade started its roll out and is v 70.7.21. It is a progressive roll out so everybody doesn't get it all at once.
I got the upgrade today. But I haven't tested it. It's my birthday and I am taking the day off. 😉
