Losing steps when wearing Versa & Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a new Versa.   And a Blaze.   And they are attached to the same.

I wore my Blaze this morning and synced to the app.   Then I used the Versa and i started with the steps from the Blaze.  About 19,000.   I came home and my step count was 30,000.   But when I synced it went to 26,000.  Why?

A warm welcome to the Community @Zebe83 ! I am sorry for the delayed response.

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! Let me assist you with your concern about losing steps when wearing your Fitbit Blaze and Versa. Since you have both devices paired to the same Fitbit account, it's important not to wear more than one device at a time and sync each device before taking it off and putting on another. If this doesn't happen, we’ll reconcile the overlapping data to present the most accurate information possible on your dashboard. However, the more overlapping data that exists on your account, the more likely it is that your dashboard's accuracy will suffer.

Please check this help article for more information about using multiple devices with the same account.

Please keep me posted! Smiley Happy
