Losing time and won't pair to bluetooth since the upgrade. Will only sync when plugged into charger

Me too! Started losing time a week ago and as of today, no Bluetooth connecting and “no device found”. I already contacted customer support about losing time told them very specifically ALL the troubleshooting step I had already done in an effort to try to correct myself. They apparently can’t read though because their response was to do everything I told them I already has done. Not very happy about it right now either!
