Loss of power

I charged my Versa 2 today, getting it up to 99% power. A few hours later, it wouldn't turn on. When I attached to power cable, the power was down to 4%. The watch has not come into contact with water. Has anyone else seen this happen and does anyone know why. Thanks.

Hi @basenji - to have such a short battery life normally indicates a watch fault, especially if it is not a one off occurrence.

It can be replaced if it is under warranty, because watches arent repaired.

I'm long past the warranty, and the problem happens infrequently. Not sure if something external is causing the issue.

@basenji - it is unlikely to be software but try changing clock face and also try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

If they don't resolve it a factory reset (not without risk) might but it could just be an intermittent hardware fault and nothing will fix that.

There's several threads about this exact same issue. You should search for them. I can almost guarantee it's not a problem with your watch. The posts and comments are definitely worth a read.
