Hi

Today I go run a little about 1,6 kms  but after about half km connected gps disconnected and  pulse sensor show only --. That was a critical point, pulse around 170+ so Im very angry because this sensor show only --.

Hello there @rholas, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I'm wondering how often is this happening? Is this the first time your tracker shows a behavior like this? 

 

If the issue continue and you are not able to see your heart rate yet, please perform a restart on your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
