Hi guys,

I recently misplaced my Versa, is there any way of tracking it? I would say it's ran out of battery and powered off so syncing it won't work. Is there a way of seeing where it was last synced? Or where it was when it powered off?

I'm so sorry you lost it. Have you check the dashboard to make sure its not syncing?

 

If by chance it is you can download a Bluetooth finder to help locate it

If it doesn't have battery power, then look in your car as well as unusual places around the house.

 

I found mine in my closet the other day. I think it fell off when I was putting clothes away.

I'm sorry to hear about your misplaced Fitbit Versa. If you are still unable to locate it after following @WendyB's steps, please let us know in order to get in touch with Customer Support.

 

To answer your questions, there is no way of seeing where it was last synced nor where it was when it powered off.
