Lost active zone minutes after update

After updating my Versa 2 - I’ve now lost my active zone minutes for this entire week! How do I get them back? Not sure yet if it will keep track of them from this point on as it’s evening and I’m done being active.

Hi @Shellirene, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa 2? Only Active Zone Minutes were affected or other stats as well? Did you experience this issue in the past or is it the first time? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply.

I am having the same issue. I updated my Fitbit today and both my workouts, one which was in cardio/peak and the other that was fat burn/cardio now show as 100% below zone. It's awful because I started the Zone challenge today and already worked out for an hour and a half! Please help!
