Lost all data on Versa

Please can you help?

I synced my Versa today with my Fitbit app and I’ve lost all my data. So no steps, no calories, no stairs and no activity minutes. 

How do I resolve this please?

Hi Angelique, does this only account for today or did you loose more data?
