Hi,
I've been using my old Charge 2 for a week, while I waited for my replacement Versa 3. Connected the Versa 3 up tonight and now I've lost all 184 active minutes for today. Is there some way to get it to convert the active minutes into active zone minutes (as it already knew my resting heart rate from before my original Versa 3 went wrong)? To say I'm annoyed to have lost so many active minutes is an understatement!
Thanks

Hello @Whirlyp and welcome to the Community. I'm confident that those minutes aren't lost, you just can't see them on your mobile app Today screen when your Versa 3 is the device syncing to your account. Please try the following to see active minutes. It sounds scary, just follow the steps. Tap on your Profile avatar > Account Settings > Delete Data > Active Minutes > tap ONLY on the "Review your data" in the blue box. When you're done looking, back up.
Fitbit can't convert active minutes to active zone minutes or vice versa. Those calculations are done at the time as the data is being collected, by the programming of the device being worn.
