Lost all steps for last 2 days

Have only just purchased the Versa and it is not tracking my sleep. Now after hitting over 10k steps 2 days in a row I open my app and my steps for the 2 days are zero.   I have lobed onto the web account and they are zero there too.  I'm on Android.  Any suggestions please?

Make sure your doing a sync. No steps will register until you do that.

See pg. 12 & 13 on the link below.

I've been synching for 2 days and they were on the app, but today all of last weeks data has just vanished. Gotta be honest, not impressed, some of the features don't synch at all, ie active hours , its linked to my fitness app but won't synch steps and its not recording sleep. Seems a lot of money for a step counter.

Both in the app and on the web, you will see the time of the last sync

I thought no the data your u see on the app is live connected data and not what has synced. Tapping ng on the site tile should show what the web shows .

Still sounds like a syncing issue, let it take its course and don't change the screen while it syncing for at least 5 minutes.

Then check the time on the app to make sure it sync'd

Thank you all. I was convinced it was synching but it wasn't, I've rebooted and now all is well. It even tracked my sleep.   Sorry Versa, I take back all the horrible things I've said.
