I got a Versa today to replace my Blaze that wasn’t working properly. I had synced my Blaze at the end of the day and had 17,000+. Then I added my new device and set up the Versa on my
app. Everything went smoothly and I carried over. As I was going to bed, my steps reverted back to 2,500 (which was probably the total I had walked with the new Versa) and I stopped getting text notifications. I tried a hard reset and syncing the device again. I also checked my Bluetooth and turned on and off the notifications toggle. Any
suggestions how to restore data and fix notification issue?!?

@KMonty Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you lost data and notifications on your Versa. Try refreshing the link between the phone and your Versa by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. This should help with the notifications.
Regarding the missing data you can manually log a walk or run activity so you have a record on your account.
Let me know how it goes.
