Lost my Versa 2 - can someone else pair it to their phone?

Hey, 

I have lost my versa 2 today 😭 it has fallen off my wrist on way to work and for some reason I have no noticed! 

I am looking to try and contact bus company to see if the have found it, however my question is my watch able to be paired to someone else's phone if they set up a new account or is the watch linked to my account only?  Xxx

Hi @Kezza2024 remember when you first set it up? You need the charger while you set it up. Anyone who picks it up can set it up to their existing account or a new one. The way you'd know it was being used - when you go to your dashboard, it doesn't show the versa 2 as being on your account.

 

Sure hope it gets found.
