I was swimming and the band fell off. I was in a lake and was unable to save the watch. I feel that this was a malfunction of the original watch band and was wondering if anyone else had same issue. I would like to think that Fitbit would help me or offer something but I am finding it difficult to contact someone to help me. I am super active and have never had this issue before I have even surfed in my prior Fitbits. I only had this watch about a month 😢

So I received a 35% discount code and the code does not work, I am assuming because they are on sale right now. However I can get it cheaper on Amazon right now. Not a great deal and disappointing. I will likely not be using Fitbit in the future.
