Lost my Versa 3

so, I got a Versa 3 versus Apple Watch due to the ability to swim.  Well first time at the lake, watch which was on tight came off never to be seen again.  I got my versa 3 December 1.  Any warranty for a situation like this where the watch did not stay securely on wrist?

 

and I have lost 30 lbs due to this watch.  Quite disappointed.  Wasn’t in water 5 minutes.
