Lost pin for the Versa band - how to get a replacement pin

The pin in my band fell out when I was taking the band off.  Where can I get a replacement pin?  I didn't see them on Fitbit's page.

@mpjm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the lost pin of your Versa's band, I'm afraid that we don't sell or replace wristband separately.

However, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can review it and assist you accordingly. You will receive an email from them soon.

Hi I tried to remove my black strap on my Fitbit, the pin came out and I think it may have snapped, can I replace the pin and remove it ? If I buy a new strap will it have pins? X

I was removing my strap cause my cousin gave me her one and I was cleaning trying to clean the bands but one of my pins to hold the strap snapped it there a replacement or can I buy one or no what do I do
