First I lost my original profile and therefore all my data a few weeks ago. I had to create a completely new profile. Now every time I open the app I have to log-in again.

@Cwicer Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your missing data and logging issues. Your data is saved on the Fitbit servers so it won't be deleted. Check your other email addresses to see if you got any Fitbit email there, this will show that you were using that email so try to log with that information. Regarding the log in issues try restarting your phone and if the issue persist try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
