Lost steps in my Versa 2

So yesterday i went way over my steps, when i looked at my watch it removed them all and left me with a thousand! I have unsynced and resynced, I have removed my versa and then reinstalled it, nothings working to get them back. Any help would be great

Hi @MandyJ82 - you may not be able to recover past steps.

However check in the Fitbit App, clock profile photo and see if you have MobileTrack installed (next to the Versa 2 photo) and if so remove it.

You can still then try to manually create a workout for the day in question for your active time.
