I’ve had loads of problems with my Versa today. Had device for 4 months and had odd problem with syncing.  Today I could not get my device to sync or connect to usual devices.  Tried factory restore, removed and replaced app etc.  Eventually have got it connected to one device only. Now I can’t get it to show steps.  Shows main goal as steps but dashboard shows calories. Can anybody help please?

Versa syncing issues after update 

 

you need to read the posting above.. It's the Update that went out from Fitbit, Not your Versa.  People are not happy but in this posting, your going to see what some have tried and worked and what others have tried and has not worked.
