Lots of trouble with my fitbit Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have my fitbit from may this year.

Everything went well the first months. I connected my fitbit with my laptop and my phone Huawei P10 Lite.

Now the problems just start building up:

- After the last update of android my fitbit refuse to sync with my phone.

- My fitbit doesn't stay connect with the wifi.

- I can't update my fitbit. (problem with the wifi?)

I don't know what to do anymore! I tried everything I could find on the forum.
Restart, rebooth, factory reset,...

Can somebody please help me?
Is there a problem with the fitbit itself (it's still under warranty) or is it something else?

Unfortunately the problem is very probably your phone. Below is what Fitbif says about the Huawei lite phones. I know it was working initially but something has upset the connection (probably an update to the phone or the Fitbit). Im sorry it is not better news. Do you have another device you could use to sync your Versa, like a tablet, laptop or desk top?

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT USING MY FITBIT DEVICE WITH A HUAWEI PHONE?

Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones.

Thanks for your answer.

But I also connect my fitbit with my laptop and still the Wifi won't connect with my fitbit.

(My bluetooth is off on my phone. I even tried it when the fitbit app wasn't installed on my phone)

So this is still a problem...

Looking at the banner at the top of the webpage, it may have something to do with that. If it does, then it's a known issue they're working to correct.
